






Not at all! Most of our community start as complete beginners. Each class is designed so you can work at your own pace — no pressure, no judgement, just encouragement (and a few laughs).
Nope. You’ll get stronger and more flexible as you go. Most women can’t do a pull-up when they start — that’s why we teach progressions, not perfection.
Leggings or fitted shorts and a comfy top that covers your underarms work best. No zips, jewellery, or slippery fabrics — silks don’t love them! Bare feet or socks with grip are perfect.
Our adult aerial classes are open to women aged 18 and over. We have a mix of women in their 20s through to their 50s — so no matter where you’re at, you’ll fit right in.
