You don’t need to be fit. You don’t need to be flexible. You definitely don’t need to have done this before.

Our woman-only adult classes are for anyone curious enough to try something new and ready to surprise themselves with what they can actually do.

This isn’t a gym. There are no reps, no mirrors, no one counting your calories. It’s a room full of women cheering each other on while learning to climb silks and spin on a lyra. You’ll build real strength, improve your flexibility, and have the kind of fun that makes you forget you’re working out.

Every class is teacher-led and structured, but there’s nothing rigid about it. You’ll warm up together, learn new skills (or build on ones you’ve been working on), and have plenty of time to practise with support from our teachers and the people around you.

Our Classes

Grounded

Ballet & Pilates inspired floorwork for strength,
flexibility & control

Grounded is a slower paced, floor based class designed to help women feel stronger, more flexible, and more connected in their bodies.

Inspired by ballet training, core work, and Pilates style movement, this class focuses on posture, control, mobility, flexibility, and strength through slow, intentional exercises performed mostly on the floor.

Aerial Silks & Lyra

Climb the silks. Spin on the lyra. One small step for woman, one giant leap for those who try.

Aerial Silks(the long fabric) & Lyra (the hanging hoop) is where most women surprise themselves. You'll start close to the ground and build up gradually, learning simple positions, wraps and transitions so you're not relying on strength straight away. The lesson is guided step by step so you always know what you're trying to do.

After helping many women through their very first aerial class, we’ve

learned something important…

The first class can feel a little bit like a giraffe learning to walk, a bit wobbly, a little uncoordinated and like your brain is trying to figure out what your arms and legs are all doing at once.

But, by the second class, your brain and your body starts understanding the movements.


By the third class, you stop overthinking everything and actually start enjoying
it.

Every movement is broken down into small parts. You’ll practise first, then combine it, so you leave knowing you actually achieved something not just tried it.

Classes are kept small so the coach can give you proper help during the session.

People are friendly and welcoming, but you can simply come in, do your class, and head off feeling glad you tried something new.

FAQ

Do I need experience?

Not at all! Most of our community start as complete beginners. Each class is designed so you can work at your own pace — no pressure, no judgement, just encouragement (and a few laughs).

Do I need to be strong or flexible already?

Nope. You’ll get stronger and more flexible as you go. Most women can’t do a pull-up when they start — that’s why we teach progressions, not perfection.

What should I wear?

Leggings or fitted shorts and a comfy top that covers your underarms work best. No zips, jewellery, or slippery fabrics — silks don’t love them! Bare feet or socks with grip are perfect.

Is there an age limit?

Our adult aerial classes are open to women aged 18 and over. We have a mix of women in their 20s through to their 50s — so no matter where you’re at, you’ll fit right in.

Is there a weight limit?

No, we get asked this a lot. Our aerial rigging is professionally installed and suspended from the roof, which makes it incredibly strong and secure. It’s a far more solid setup than what you’ll find in many other studios.

What will I be learning in class?

You’ll learn a mix of aerial skills on lyra and silks, strength, flexibility, technique and confidence-building each week. Classes include things like climbs, poses, spins, tricks, and short sequences, with options for both beginners and more experienced students.

Are there different levels?

Yes, all students start on the same level. You'll work through each level at your own pace. There is no pressure to move up quickly, it’s about you, your journey and building skills properly along the way.

Is your creche free?

If your child is currently enrolled in our classes, we include their creche at no extra cost. Some children wait in upstairs, play with the toys and chill to netflix. Others, like to come down stairs for a bit of free play in the tumbling room. Not enrolled, no problem at all, our casual creche fee applies of $9.95
